This article applies to the Windows versions of Baldur’s Gate, Baldur’s Gate II, and Icewind Dale versions 2.6 and later, only.
Issue
If you encounter a crash in one of the Infinity Engine games in Windows, the crash dump file might help us diagnose the problem. Crash dump files can be found within your Documents folder for the current User.
Documents\Infinity Engine - Enhanced Edition\crash\dump.{Version}.{Identifier}.dmp
For example, the file could be named dump.2.6.5.0.0006.dmp
Please attach this file in your report, along with the other information related to the issue.
